Walking Nagoya 10 – Sakae and Yabacho
A rather uneventful excursion this one, hardly qualifying as a leisurely walk. My plan was to visit Koujitsusanso to pick up hiking supplies for the upcoming weekend, and then make a brisk return to Chikusa via Yabacho.

Walking Nagoya 7 – Kawana
For walk 7, I headed towards Kawana in Shōwa Ward. I strolled through the park, wandered the surrounding neighborhood, and had lunch at Kawahara Shrine.

Walking Nagoya 3 – Heiwa Park and Kakuozan
Hopped on the bicycle and rode to Heiwa Park. Locked it up, took a stroll around the cemetery, sat and had lunch while observing the fishermen along the reservoir’s banks and eventually retraced my steps back to Chikusa, passing through Kakuozan and Niitaiji temple.

Walking Nagoya 2 – Imaike and Ikeshita in the Rain
As mentioned in the previous post , Walking Nagoya is going to span a whole year. Between April 2023 and March 2024, my plan is to capture and post photos once or twice a week, whenever my daughter is at pre-school. Can I make it happen? Possibly.

Gravel Cycling: Just Ride (then print)
Combining the gravel bike and the camera makes riding even more interesting. I rarely come back with any photos that I find particularly interesting but at least it helps me to see. After all, the bicycle and camera are two of the most wonderful inventions humanity has ever come up with.
