Gravel Cycling: Just Ride (then print)
Combining the gravel bike and the camera makes riding even more interesting. I rarely come back with any photos that I find particularly interesting but at least it helps me to see. After all, the bicycle and camera are two of the most wonderful inventions humanity has ever come up with.

Shonai River Trail Run
Mix it up. Try something new. Avoid routine. You only cycle, or hike, or run in the neighbourhood so go out when it’s 0°C and run in the mud. Bump up the contrast and try black and white again (breaking your own rules as you go).

t’s too hot to do anything vigorous outdoors at the moment. Seeng the Norwegian triathlete vomiting after crossing the finishing line this morning (a 6:30 am start?) was proof of that.
